Rita Tallent-Picken Scholarship

The Rita Tallent-Picken Scholarship is awarded to several students each year. Recipients are chosen from students who come to UW-Parkside to demonstrate their talents in the areas of arts and humanities. The recipients must declare, and maintain, an arts or humanities major and maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.0. Applicants will be asked to provide additional materials illustrating their creative expression and/or be asked to demonstrate their talent at a future date. The recipient must demonstrate engagement within the student’s selected arts and/or humanities program, which is to be evaluated by faculty in the student’s department.
